My first impression of this headline was, “Good.”
“Terror suspect ‘tortured by US’”
My second impression is that this headline should read, “Terror suspect claims to have been tortured by US.” Just because he claims he was tortured doesn’t prove that he was actually ‘tortured’. But of course we need to know what the definition of torture [...]
