Destabilizing America

“Change we can believe in?!”

I have fears that an Obama Presidency will result in a total destabilization of America. This is because Obama is a far left liberal who will not only follow through on his ideals but he will cloak it in Orwellian doublespeak.

Can you imagine George W. Bush on trial for war crimes? Can you imagine a new national healthcare system and it’s attending costs? Can you imagine political adversaries being prosecuted for thought crimes and everyone being forced to start ‘caring’ about the right issues? I can.

“Barack Obama will require you to work. He is going to demand that you shed your cynicism. That you put down your divisions. That you come out of your isolation and that you move out of your comfort zone. That you push yourselves to be better. And that you engage. Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual – uninvolved, uninformed – you have to stay at the seat at the table of democracy with a man like Barack Obama not just on Tuesday but in a year from now, in four years from now, in eights years from now, you will have to be engaged.” ~proteinwisdom.com

Just what is this ‘CHANGE’ we are now supposed to believe in? From everything that I can glean from their policy pronouncements they have substituted the word CHANGE for the word Socialism in order to make it more palatable to those who would outright reject their policies otherwise.

The truth is, in order to get things like universal health care and a revamped education system, then someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more. ~Michelle Obama

Uh huh. Sounds like socialism to me. But even more pervasive in invasive than that the Obama’s believe that they have to “fix our souls”…

We have lost the understanding that in a democracy, we have a mutual obligation to one another — that we cannot measure the greatness of our society by the strongest and richest of us, but we have to measure our greatness by the least of these. That we have to compromise and sacrifice for one another in order to get things done. That is why I am here, because Barack Obama is the only person in this who understands that. That before we can work on the problems, we have to fix our souls. Our souls are broken in this nation. ~michellemalkin.com

The veneration of the glorious leader is a well worn practice in all socialist dictatorships.

Change is really a substituted slogan-word for the socialist revolution that all leftist earn for. This is, in a nutshell, what the Obama-mania is all about.

It is not enough to give health care to the sick, or jobs to the jobless, or education to our children. But it is where we start. It is where our union grows stronger.  ~veerright.wordpress.com
